(2) High water temperature protection: During the operation of the diesel engine fire pump, if there is a water temperature ≥95 °C fault, the buzzer will immediately alarm, the alarm light will flash, and the alarm indicator will turn into a flat light indication. At the same time, the diesel engine slows down and stops after 3 minutes delay.
(3) Low oil pressure protection: When the diesel fire pump is in operation, if there is a hydraulic pressure ≤0.2Mpa failure, the diesel engine will slow down and stop immediately.
(4) Overspeed protection: During the operation of the diesel fire pump, if there is a fault of speed ≥1750rpm (10% rated speed), an audible and visual alarm will be issued immediately, the buzzer will sound, the alarm light will flash, press the silence button to silence the sound. The alarm disappears. At the same time, the diesel engine slowed down and immediately stopped.
(5) Low fuel oil level protection: During the operation of the diesel fire fighting pumps, if the fuel oil level is lower than the specified height, the buzzer will immediately alarm and the alarm light will flash. Press the mute button to silence, the sound alarm disappears, and the alarm indicator turns to flat light until the oil level returns to normal. After 10 minutes, if the oil level is not restored, the buzzer will immediately alarm and the alarm light will flash. At the same time, the diesel engine slows down and stops after 3 minutes delay.
(6) Low battery voltage protection: When the diesel engine fire pump is in the centralized control state, when the battery voltage is lower than 22V (or 10V), the buzzer will immediately alarm, the alarm light will flash, press the mute button to silence, and the alarm indicator will turn. Indicated for flat light and kept until the voltage returns to normal.
(7) Low water level protection (optional): When the diesel engine pump for fire fighting is in standby state or running, when the water level of the fire pool is lower than the specified height, the buzzer will immediately alarm and the diesel engine will slow down and delay for 3 minutes. After the stop.
Note that the above (1), (3), (4) alarm signals have self-locking function. Only after the field personnel have eliminated the fault, the system can be restarted after power-on reset.
